Parent Club
The Role and Responsibilities of the Parent Club
Every parent/guardian of St. Robert School is a member of the Parent Club.
It is the Parent Club's responsibility to provide the parent community with
current and accurate information about each of their sponsored activities.
The Parent Club is responsible for providing information on a monthly basis
through:
The main task of the Parent
Club is the coordination of fundraising, social, and athletic events as
well as classroom activities. The enormously dedicated and talented task
force - comprised entirely of volunteer parents, grandparents, alumni and
parishioners - enable the successful running of various events and celebrations
at St. Robert. The students enthusiastically participate in nearly all of
these events and are awarded service hours.
The parents meet the second Tuesday of every month in the Arts & Science
Room. Parents and other interested volunteers are always welcome to attend
and participate in sharing ideas and concerns. The total duration of being
a member is ten years (Transitional Kindergarten – 8th Grade); more if you
are an active alumni or nostalgic parishioner.
The Parent Club consists of officers who are either elected or appointed.
Each appointed position serves a two-year term.
The Parent Club utilizes many of its resources through local stores in the
community and the talents its parents.

St. Robert School Advisory Commission
The Role of School Advisory Commission
The members of School Advisory Commission (SAC) serve in an advisory capacity
to the Pastor and Principal. Any decision to be made should support the
mission of the school and parish. Further, the decision should meet the
needs of the students.
The major roles assigned to SAC include Strategic Planning, Financial Oversight,
Facilities, Development, Mission Effectiveness, and Policy. Each of these
roles is vital to ensuring that St. Robert School continues to thrive in the coming
years.
SAC makes it possible for parents and other members of the parish community
to have a voice in creating a school environment that is welcoming, faith-filled, and unique. One of the most significant roles a SAC member has is
to listen to you and your ideas and bring those ideas forth. Many of the
amenities and programs that our students now enjoy started
with just an idea. The SAC members meet on the fourth Tuesday of
every month at 6 pm . All meetings are open to any interested party.
St. Robert School Advisory Commission Membership
SAC is comprised of seven members. SAC members are either elected or appointed.
Each member serves a two-year term. To become a SAC member the individual
must be one of the following:
Each year there are a few vacancies to fill.
We encourage you to consider joining SAC. It's a wonderful way to contribute
to your child's school.
