Parental Involvement

Research indicates that schools are more effective if all members of the school community - administrators, teachers, staff, parents, students and parishioners - are active in the education process. For this reason, parents are additionally asked to support the school through service hours and fundraising.

Forty hours of service work are required annually of all families with children attending school. This can be done in a variety of ways. Parents may also assume leadership positions by becoming officers of the School Board or the Parent Booster Organization.
